I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were nicely pre-packed with very comfortable futon beds. The hotel's breakfast was a nice touch but could use more variety. The location was convenient, just outside of Terminal 1 of Kansai International Airport. However, the price seemed a bit high for the overall experience.
